How much does a campaign cost?
We price our work in packages: a campaign in one channel for 30 days costs PLN 1,490, ongoing management starts from PLN 1,290 a month. On top of that comes the ad budget, which you pay directly to the platform. See pricing.
What ad budget is enough?
To start, we recommend at least PLN 30 (about £6 / $8) a day per channel, roughly PLN 900 a month. A smaller budget works too, but results come more slowly and are harder to judge. We propose an exact amount in the campaign plan.
Do you guarantee results?
We do not promise a set number of customers or sales — no honest agency will. We guarantee careful work to the plan, constant oversight of the campaign and a clear report. In the plan we agree the indicators you will use to judge the campaign.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. We run campaigns on your own Meta, Google and TikTok accounts, with partner access. When we stop working together you simply remove our access — the campaigns, data and history stay with you.
How quickly can a campaign start?
Usually 7–9 days after you approve the plan: that is how long creatives and setup take. A Google-only campaign can start sooner.
When do I pay?
After you approve the campaign plan — through a secure Stripe link (card, BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or by bank transfer. Ongoing management is paid monthly in advance. Details: Payments, refunds and cancellation.
Can I pay in pounds or dollars?
Yes. Prices are shown in PLN, GBP and USD — switch the currency in the page header. We issue the quote and payment link in the currency you choose.
Is paying through a link safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a provider certified to PCI DSS Level 1. You enter card details only on Stripe's page; we never see them. Your statement will show HONEYUE.
How do I cancel ongoing management?
Send an email. Service continues until the end of the paid month and we take no further payment. No notice period, no penalties. Rules: cancellation.
Who owns the graphics and videos?
You do. Once paid, we transfer the economic copyright in the creatives to you, so you can use them after we stop working together. The exception is stock photos and music — you use them under their own licences.
Do you only work with businesses in Katowice?
No. Most of our work is done remotely, so we work with businesses across Poland and abroad. In Silesia we can also meet in person or organise a shoot day.
What do you not advertise?
Gambling, cryptocurrencies, adult content, tobacco and e-cigarettes, weapons, prescription medicines, multi-level marketing and political advertising. Full list: Services.
