Right of withdrawal
This page explains the statutory right of withdrawal available to consumers under the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014. It does not limit your rights. Separately, you can cancel services as described on the Payments, refunds and cancellation page.
Who it applies to
The right applies to a Consumer (and to a sole trader for whom the agreement is not of a professional nature) who entered into an agreement with us at a distance — for example, by email or during an online call.
The 14-day period
You can withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of concluding it (approving the Plan), without giving a reason.
How to withdraw
Tell us clearly, for example by email to [email protected] or by letter to Bartosz Domański, ul. Panewnicka 355, unit 6, 40-773 Katowice, Poland. You may use the model form, but you do not have to. We confirm receipt by email.
Service started at your request
We start work before the 14 days are up only if you expressly ask us to — we ask about this in the Plan. If you then withdraw, you pay an amount proportional to the work done up to the moment you told us.
When the right ends
The right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed, if before it started you expressly agreed to it starting within the 14 days and acknowledged that you would lose this right.
Refund
We refund the payment (reduced only by the amount for work done at your request) within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method and in the same currency you used. Ad budget spent on the platforms is settled directly with them.
