Complaints
Bartosz Domański is responsible for performing the services in line with the agreement and the approved Plan. This page explains how to make a complaint. It does not limit your rights.
Your rights
You can complain if the service was not performed in line with the Plan — for example, the campaign did not start on time, we did not deliver the agreed creatives or report, or the creatives differ from what was agreed. A campaign not bringing the sales you hoped for is not in itself grounds for a complaint — we do not guarantee specific results (section 8 of the Terms) — but we are glad to go through the results and suggest changes.
How to complain
Write to [email protected] or send a letter to Bartosz Domański, ul. Panewnicka 355, unit 6, 40-773 Katowice, Poland. Please include:
- your name and order number,
- what the problem is and what was agreed in the Plan,
- what solution you expect.
Response time
We reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint. If a Consumer's complaint is not answered within that time, it is deemed accepted.
How we put things right
- Completing or correcting the work — free of charge, as soon as possible.
- A price reduction or refund — for the part of the service not performed, within 14 days, using the same payment method and in the same currency.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
If we cannot reach an agreement, as a consumer you can use out-of-court ways to resolve the dispute:
- the regional Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) — mediation and a permanent consumer arbitration court,
- the district (municipal) consumer ombudsman — free advice and assistance,
- the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) — list of authorised bodies at uokik.gov.pl,
- consumers from other EU countries — the European Consumer Centre (konsument.gov.pl).
Using these routes is voluntary for both sides.
